Miranda is an Accredited Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, and the Founder and Clinical Director of The Therapy Yard. In addition, Miranda is a Lecturer on an Advanced Diploma in Relationship Therapy where she delivers training on sexual compulsivity and problematic sexual behaviours. She works with individuals and couples to help work through issues affecting their relationships, self-esteem/confidence and sex lives. Her approach involves psych and sex education with the use of proven tools and techniques in addition to an integrative approach incorporating psychodynamic, Imago, CBT and mindfulness theory. She enjoys working with people of all ages, gender/sexual identity and relationship status and believes that everyone is unique. She aims to enrich and help improve confidence and self-esteem during the therapeutic process.
