Alice provides therapy with an integrative approach, which means that she draws on a number of modalities and tools, tailoring her sessions to the individual needs of her clients. Alice completed a foundation certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy and provided therapy to clients at The Awareness Centre in range of issues including anxiety, depression, attachment issues, sexual trauma, and relationship issues prior to training as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist. Alice invites clients to work with her in a safe, warm and welcoming environment where they can be uncensored and their authentic selves. She feels this is very important to the work as it gives clients a safe space, where they are accepted for who they are, to process their thoughts and experiences whilst working towards their goals. Alice works with a wide range of psychosexual and relationship themes with both individuals and couples including female sexual pain, desire and arousal difficulties, erectile dysfunction, premature and delayed ejaculation, Asexuality, Kink, GSRD and LGBTQIA+, conflict, infidelity, attachment issues, and negative relationship patterns. She feels that while therapy is instrumental in supporting relationship and psychosexual issues, it can also be a wonderful way to explore and build a healthy relationship with oneself, improve self-esteem, and unlock deeper fulfilment as a couple or individual.
