Firstly the pair explained why they share one large bag between them.

Jamie-Lee said: “So we started by checking on a 20 kilo bag between the three of us, to save us having to bring any luggage through the airport.”

Jamie-Lee told how there’s no fluid restriction on baby essentials, security will just test them.

She said: “I prefilled our bottles with boiled water and I had all these tubes filled up with the right amount of formula.”

The Irish mum shared a recommendation for quieter spots in the airport.

She said: “Next I left the hood down in the pram the whole way to the airport to keep her distracted.

“We got takeaway food and went straight down to the gate because it was much quieter down there for her - as the communal areas at the airport were quite overstimulating.”

The pair had a number of tips for a smoother boarding experience.

The TikToker said: “Next I changed her in the terminal so we wouldn't have to leave my seat and go to the toilet during our flight.

“The next thing we did was popped her into the harness to make it easier to get from the airport onto the plane, instead of having to start taking her out of the buggy.

Brian Dowling says his walk with newborn baby was 'full on'

“We brought the car seat part of our travel system so we took these adapters out just in case they got lost or broken on the way because then we wouldn't be able to use our buggy.”

Once they were on the plane, it was time to feed their little one.

Jamie-Lee said: “We made up a bottle as soon as we got onto the plane before we’d anything else sorted.

“And gave her the bottle while we were taking off, to stop her ears popping.”

Finally, Jamie-Lee had brought sweet fidget spinners to keep her baby entertained.

She added: “The last thing is I got these little rattle fidgets spinners on Shein and they kept her so distracted throughout the flight.”
