Customers who have vouchers for the cafe will still be honoured up until their closing date on September 1.
However, this is not the end for Claire as she continues Claire The Bakers sister business - Inishway Self Catering.
The business focuses on four luxury apartments in Carndonagh and features a log-burning hot tub and sauna - with the listings available on Airbnb.
