WITH SUMMER approaching once again, people are scrambling to update their wardrobe for a whole host of occassions.
From garden parties to weddings, our summer calendars are quickly filling up and that can only mean one thing - a new dress.
Thankfully, Marks and Spencer has done it again with a ruffled number that people say is perfect for the season.
The chiffon printed dress costs £45 and comes in two designs - orange mix and leopard print.
And as always, M&S have dropped it in an inclusive size ranging from 6-24 with three lengths, petite, regular and long.
The Chiffon Printed V-Neck Midi Waisted Dress has a feminine shape which cinches you in at the waist while showing off your curves.
The ruffled sleeves of the dress means you won't be overexposed and will keep your shoulders from getting burnt in the sun.
M&S bosses say: "This printed midi dress is crafted from lightweight chiffon for an airy feel.
"It's cut in a regular fit, with a waisted silhouette and a feminine v-neckline.
"Ruffles bring elegant movement to the short sleeves and the floaty tiered hem.
"The design is complete with a lining for comfort and coverage."
You can easily dress it up with a pair of cute kitten heels or play it cool with some sandals.
Shoppers say it comes up a little big in size so it might be worth sizing down if you decided to order it.
The dress has been viewed by eager shoppers over 100 times in the last 12 hours and those that bought it praised just how flattering it was.
One person wrote: "This dress is lovely. It will travel well without creasing and moves gently when you walk. I am a little short so it is ankle length on me at 5’2” but still flattering and feminine."
Another commented: "Looks really pretty, I've bought for a garden party."
"Lovely dress And colour very elegant looks expensive," penned a third.
Deputy Fashion Editor Abby McHale revealed to Fabulous why M&S is the shop of the moment. She explained:
“M&S has really pulled it out of the bag this season, there is so much good product to be excited about.
“A brand once known for its ‘frumpy fashion’ that notion is long gone with it now being one of the leading high street stores for womenswear.
“Its handbag range in particular is super strong with them selling 170% vs plan, with lots more designer dupes for just a fraction of the price.
“The brand is now also the #1 for style perceptions, compared to the #3 spot it had last year, this comes from a really strong design team focused on modernising the brand, not only taking into consideration how the pieces look, but how easy they are to wear also.
“Price is also a big factor with you being able to get many good quality pieces all for under £30.
“After having a sneak peak of the upcoming collection there are so many more amazing pieces that are dropping over the next few months to keep your eyes on.
“Think leopard print dresses, colourful co-ords, embroidered boho jackets, plus lots of swimwear and amazing accessories, as well as great wardrobe staples that will last year on year.”
Meanwhile a fourth said: "This is a gorgeous dress and such good value. The fabric is of very good quality in a vibrant pattern and colour and the shape is very comfortable to wear and flattering."
"I am so pleased with this dress! The colours are vibrant but not garish. The fit is so flattering,” claimed a fifth.
Someone else added: “This is a beautiful elegant dress, which is incredibly flattering. It is in two parts. A light underslip which you can remove because it has little poppers which you can unclip. I did this and replaced the very light skimpy slip which was too short for me with a thicker, longer slip."
