Ivanka Trump takes inspiration from the ’70s as she steps out in candy floss pink flares in NYC
IVANKA Trump took a little step back in time when she hit the streets of New York on Wednesday.
The 35-year-old former model – and eldest daughter of President elect Donald Trump from his marriage to Ivana – injected a bit of throwback ‘70s style as she went about business in the Big Apple.
Ivanka covered up the long legs that once made her a catwalk model in a pair of candy floss pink coloured flares.
The style choice made her already long legs look even more extended as the material swept around her dark grey coloured heels.

She paired her flashback fashion with a vibrant coloured patterned polo neck jumper – and was ready for the chilly weather with a thick winter coat.
Mum-of-three Ivanka proved she was ready for all the elements as she also wore a pair of reflective sunglasses even with temperatures in NYC standing at the cold low single figures on the Celsius meter.
The stylish blonde beauty’s appearance follows reports that she could share First Lady responsibilities with her step-mother, former model Melania Trump.
It had been suggested Ivanka along with her husband – newspaper owner and businessman – Jared Kushner will be given office space inside the White House once Donald Trump ascends to President following his inauguration on January 20.
Ivan has been enjoying the cold weather in New York – taking to Instagram to share a snap of herself earlier in the week wearing a black polo neck along with the caption: “It is definitely turtleneck weather in #NYC. Can't wait for more snow!”
And later on Wednesday she celebrated the winter solstice with a ‘throwback’ phot of herself ice skating.
