Nicole Samuel makes it clear what she's going to do, saying: "I don't think I'm ever gonna leave Ciaran Davies' side for as long as I live now."

Over in the original boys' bedroom, Joey Essex smirks and says: "Everyone's in such deep thought."

Later in the night the boys gather around the firepit as stunning Maya makes her entrance in a red latex dress.

It catches Ciaran's eye, and he says: "Looking lovely, Maya."

She returns the compliment: "So are you, Ciaran."

The exchange is met with a smile by Sean Stone.

Maya then asks: "Any of you missed the girls while they've been away?"

Ciaran raises his hand like an excitable school boy.

Maya then reminds them that Casa Amor "is the ultimate relationship test."

‘She doesn’t even LIKE him’ say Love Island fans as they accuse Casa Amor girl of ‘using star to get to main villa’

And teaser images from the episode show Maya getting tearful in what is sure to be an emotional moment.

A TV source told MailOnline: "Maya feels connected to the Islanders...

"She struggled to hide her emotion during filming of the Casa Amor re-coupling.

"It was tough for her to see the reaction from some of the girls, who were shocked to discover the level of betrayal demonstrated by their partner.

"Some of the couples had been together for a significant number of weeks so it was particularly painful for those to reunite under different circumstances.

"It was one of the most dramatic Love Island episodes ever filmed, so much so, bosses had to extend the show."
