The duo reunited in emotional scenes on the MTV series as they revealed the real reason for their split.

Back in April, viewers saw Chloe Veitch break down in tears at former partner Joel Motton's arrival into the sun-soaked villa.
Now the sobbing has turned to smiles, with the brunette Celeb Ex On The Beach alumni, 25, confirming their romance in a sweet selection of snaps on Instagram.
Hailing Joel "my geeza" the Too Hot To Handle star started her gallery with an image showing them cuddling together in a pool.
Then followed matching arm tattoos with the phrase 'energy' before they shared their holiday snaps.

A parrot could be seen perched on Joel's shoulder before they lay on a sun lounger.
Other snaps saw Joel sporting a silver party hat and the pair fooling around in a car.
In her emotional caption, Chloe wrote: "It’s been emotional, I hope you guys enjoyed @mtvex … the reveal you’ve been waiting for!
"(What seems I’ve been waiting forever for!) meet my geeza, lemon squeezer, fridge freezer!!!

Joel, 30, was quick to reply underneath with the words: "It’s been a rollercoaster!
"Love you gorgeous."
Fans were equally chuffed, with one posting: "Yes so happy about this been rooting for you 2 since day 1 xx"
A second put: "Omg soooo happy you two are still together!! Best couple!!"
A third then celebrated: "Yessss so happy to see your still together!! Fave couple on the show."
Another then surmised: "So happy for you. He seemed so lovely and down to earth on the show. Wish you all the happiness!"
SAD SPLIT
It was a raw reveal when Joel entered the sun-soaked villa.
Despite Chloe forming a connection with Finn Tapp, her focus quickly turned to her former lover.
Speaking to the camera in episodes aired in April, the Netflix personality said: "The main reason why we broke up was because I wanted to go to America to fulfil my dreams.
"Joel was a massive party animal and I ended the relationship as I was sober and I felt like being with Joel just wouldn't have been right."
Through her tears, she told Joel: "I've missed you so much."
Chloe then added to the camera: "You have an expectation of what your ex coming in is going to be like and then they turn up and your head just spins."
UPPING STICKS
The reality TV beauty recently told how she had secured a three-year Visa to live and work Stateside.
A happy Chloe, who previously worked between the UK and US, said: "Now I can finally get paid."
The visa means she can get a stable income while working overseas.
Meanwhile, Chloe came out as bisexual after her stint on E4's The Big Celebrity Detox last year.
She said at the time: “Doing breath work forced me to dig deeper.
"I realised, ‘This is what’s bothering you – you’re bisexual and you haven’t told anyone.’

"I’ve definitely been battling it, to be honest. I mean, being in and out of little flings with girls. I felt like it was my dirty little secret so it has taken the weight off my shoulders.
