Emmerdale spoilers for May 15, 2023: Mackenzie Boyd struggles in aftermath of betrayal
CHARITY Dingle finally figured out Mackenzie Boyd's secret, deciding to call it quits when his lies were exposed.
Tonight in Emmerdale, the heartthrob is met with an even bigger reality when his sister Moira Dingle gets involved.

The truth caught up with Mackenzie Boyd (portrayed by Lawrence Robb) when his wife Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) caught him in an emotional moment with his secret son Reuben.
After confronting him about his infidelity with Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland), Charity was crushed to realise how far he had been willing to go to keep his secret under wraps.
Unable to forgive him his months of lies, and devastated by her granddaughter Sarah's involvement, Charity booted Mack out of house and home, hinting he had "lost everything."
Tonight on ITV, Mackenzie deals with the fallout of his betrayal when the second woman in his life, Moira Dingle (Natalie J. Robb) also pieces everything together.

How long has Emmerdale been on TV?
The iconic program celebrated fifty years on our screens in October, 2022.
Emmerdale was first broadcasted on ITV on October 16, 1972.
It was initially known as Emmerdale Farm until 1989 and the legendary village where all the drama unfolds was called Beckindale until 1994.
Where is Emmerdale filmed?
The show was first filmed in the village of Arncliffe in North Yorkshire.
Three years later, in 1975, the fictional village moved to West Yorkshire in order to cut production costs.
The Emmerdale set was then located in another real-life village, Esholt in Shipley.
The exterior scenes of the soap were filmed at Esholt for 22 years but by 1998 local residents had grown tired of the production crew’s presence and the tourists the soap was attracting.
A replica of Esholt was set on the outskirts of Leeds for external filming and interior scenes are shot at ITV’s studio in the city.
