CELEBRITY COMEBACK

Inside Celebrity Juice’s final episode, as Holly Willoughby and Fearne Cotton return for wild send off

ORIGINAL team captains Holly Willoughby and Fearne Cotton will return to Celebrity Juice for its last ever episode.

It’s been five years since the showbiz best pals worked on the ITV2 show together, with Fearne moving on in 2018 and Holly following two years later.

But they’ll reunite for Keith Lemon’s last hurrah as they bid the comedy goodbye.

Current co-hosts Laura Whitmore and Emily Atack will also be part of the fun on December 8.

Keith - the alter ego of Leigh Francis - said: “I’ve already said this, but it’s been the best party ever.

“But as always there comes a point when the party has to end. It’s been the most ace times and we’re gonna go out with a bang!….tidy!”

The gang will be joined by guests including Maya Jama, Big Narstie, Chris Ramsey, Will Mellor, Johnny Vegas and Joey Essex.

Since bulldozing its way onto screens in 2008, Celebrity Juice pathed the way in madcap comedy.

Fearne was the show's original team captain until 2018, when she was replaced by first Paddy McGuinness and then Melanie B.

Holly then left in 2020, saying she wanted to spend more time with her family.

At the time, Keith said: “It wasn’t a surprise if I’m honest. She’s so busy, she’s doing This Morning, Dancing on Ice and she has been doing ‘Juice’ for 12 years. And I think what happened is Holly and Fearne grew up, and I didn’t.

They have to go and do what they have to do as grown-ups but I still have fun on a Wednesday night filming Celebrity Juice.”

The series ran for 26 series before ITV called time earlier this year.

The final ever episode will be followed by a 60-minute compilation episode called Celebrity Juice: The Last Hurrah, which will look back through some of the greatest moments from the last 14 years, with contributions from an array of celebrities that have taken part across the programme run.

Tune in to ITV2 on December 8 from 9pm then watch the special on December 15 at 10pm.
