Whitney also threatened to pull out of the wedding at the altar and rolled her eyes when Duka said his vows.

One viewer moaned on Twitter: "Her behaviour at the altar last night was disgusting and disrespectful to her groom and his family. She should never have been allowed on the show ,to be released on ANY groom who came there looking for love"

Another said: "How rude is Whitney, just awful to watch, why is she even on this programme!"

And a third asked: "Were the experts drunk or high when they matched them together?"

Duka appeared to echo viewers' thoughts on Whitney, who only revealed her vulnerable side when she spoke about her mother's tragic death.

He shared a photo of him on his wedding day, posing in his blue dinner suit.

He captioned it: "Always keep it classy."

He shared another snap with his father and wrote: "Family over everything!"

Whitney was left unimpressed when she saw Duka, who is 6ft 2in tall, at the altar.

She said: "I wanted a man who’s a man that’s towering over me, like massive, like a brick house. Compared to a house, maybe he’s a shed."

She admitted she liked his beard, but soon made a shocking declaration, saying about going on the show: "This is the worst thing I’ve ever done in my f***ing life."

Whitney, who constantly forgot her husband's name, later accused Duka of being a "showman" when he thanked their wedding guests for turning up to the wild event.

He explained he learned English aged 10 after his family fled war torn Yugoslavia, and communication has "been important" to him.

Duka's father was unimpressed by her disrespectful behaviour and tried to warn his son, who batted away his concerns.

But later the pair headed to their hotel room and were presented with dozens of petals on their bed, which Whitney brushed away and said "oh no we're not having any of that".
