SHOPS have begun to drop Ivanka Trump’s fashion brand after intense pressure from an anti-Trump boycott.

The GrabYourWallet campaign was started in the US by Sharon Coulter on October 11, in protest against the new president’s comments about women.

Named in reference to Donald Trump’s infamous “grab them by the p****” comment, the movement calls for people to shun businesses and brands associated with the president-elect and his family.

Ivanka Trump – whose fashion brand is valued at around $100million (£81million) – has become one of the campaign’s targets after supporting her father during his election drive.

And after Trump’s shock election victory last week, the boycott is now beginning to gain traction.

Canadian online shoe retailer Shoes.com was the first to ditch the brand.

The company tweeted last weekend: “We understand and your voices have been heard. We have removed the products from our website.”

Shoes.com added: “We want to support our customers and make sure they can continue to stand tall.”

Interior store Bellacor has also quietly stopped selling Trump products, according to GrabYourWallet founder Sharon.

But another retailer that was being targeted by campaigners, Nordstrom, said it had no plans to drop Ivanka’s brand.

The company said it would continue to allow customers to make “choices about what they purchase based on personal views”.

Last month, Ivanka side-stepped questions about the boycott.

"The beauty of America is people can do what they like," she told ABC television.

"I'd prefer to talk to the millions, tens of millions of American women who are inspired by the brand and the message that I've created."

She also shrugged off suggestions that the boycott was hurting the trump name, telling Forbes in October: “We’re one of the fastest growing luxury hotel companies in the world.”
