From vitamin C to omega 3, how to get more nutrients without popping pills

Nutritionist Kim Pearson picks out the best ways to get your dose of vitamins and minerals to give you the boost you need

NEARLY half of us take a daily vitamin or mineral supplement. But do we really need to – and are we taking them in the most effective form?

Iron

A deficiency is common among women of menstruating age.

Symptoms can include general fatigue, weakness and dizziness.

Vitamin C

Magnesium

Omega 3

The essential fatty acids are important for brain and heart health.

Vitamin D
