Ladd Drummond and the cowboys pulled out all the stops for one of the biggest, brightest 4th of July fireworks shows in Pawhuska!

The annual event hosted by The Mercantile is always a good time. There’s food, live music, and “lots of small town, sweet family fun,” Ree says. This year even included a face painter and mechanical bull. Of course, the main event is always Ladd’s epic fireworks show which seems to get bigger, louder, and more sparkly every year. “I have it on good authority that the fireworks are going to be more insane than ever 🤠,” Ree commented on Facebook this year. The tradition first started out small when the Drummond kids were babies, but it’s grown into a full-blown celebration in 2023.

Ree shared the fun in her Instagram stories after the event:

Ree’s younger daughter, Paige, was there, too! “Nothing better!!” she wrote about Ladd’s incredible display of lights.

For the entertainment, Ree looked to The Dry Water Band, who not only performed at last year’s 4th of July celebration, but also played at her daughter Alex’s wedding! There was music before and after the fireworks which Paige also showed on her Instagram stories:

Ree loved the music so much, she even got on stage to show off her dance moves! 💃🏼

It's going to be hard to top this 4th of July celebration—until next year, that is! 🇺🇸
