Welcome to your Queer Weekly Horoscope, a bite-sized look at the coming days broken down by your zodiac sign.

Welcome to the last week of Pride Month. We’re exhausted! We’re emotional! But we’re still celebrating ourselves anyway, because we deserve it!

Major events this week include the movements of Mercury, which inspires serious conversations in partnership with Saturn, rejects the healing of Chiron, and then gets strange with Uranus. Venus fights the course of destiny by disagreeing with the North Node, bolstered by a boost of toxic friendship with Mars. Shadow ruler Lilith moves from Virgo to Libra, and responsible Saturn begins a long retrograde vacation. The Last Quarter Moon in Aries sparks off feelings of dissatisfaction, but encourages everyone to expand their horizons.

We’ll wade into the psychological wreckage with Cancer, then proceed through each sign until everyone’s problems have been presented. If you know more of your placements than your Sun Sign alone (Moon, Rising, Mars, etc.), check their entries as well to get a full picture of your weekly horoscope.

Cancer
What the stars are up to:
  • The Sun, Mercury, and Venus are in your sign.
  • Mercury creates a trine with Saturn, squares off against Chiron, and forms a sextile with Uranus.
  • Venus squares off against the Nodes of the Moon’s orbit and forms a sextile with Mars.
  • Your sign ruler the Moon travels through Aquarius, Pisces, Aries, and Taurus.
  • The Last Quarter Moon in Aries squares off against the Sun.
What it means:

Let’s go, Cancer! Time to flood the whole zodiac with a massive tidal wave of challenge! You want to do important work, but you do not want to talk about healing. You don’t care to discuss destiny at this point, either; instead, you’re ready to burn all of your energy on vacation! The Last Quarter Moon in Aries has got you feeling ready to close a chapter and move on to the next pages of life, even as you feel reluctant to face new plot developments. Conflicting emotions: you’ve got ’em! Just keep on swimming and cope with the changing currents as they wash over you.

Leo
What the stars are up to:
  • Your sign ruler the Sun is in Cancer.
  • The Last Quarter Moon in Aries squares off against the Sun.
What it means:

Another quarter Moon week, another internal conflict for Leo — it happens twice every season! Sit with the feelings and let them move through you and away. There’s truly no need to sabotage vital relationships in your life merely because you feel momentarily uncomfortable! As always, the fear and uncertainty will pass.

Virgo
What the stars are up to:
  • Lilith is in your sign.
  • Your sign ruler Mercury is in Cancer.
  • Mercury creates a trine with Saturn, squares off against Chiron, and forms a sextile with Uranus.
  • Neptune opposes Lilith.
  • On Saturday, Lilith leaves your sign and moves to Libra.
What it means:

You’re so close to finishing up your long hosting session for shadow ruler Lilith, which has urged you to selfishness and self-defense to both your detriment and benefit. Sometimes, Lilith has encouraged you to seriously screw up your life. On other occasions, Lilith has assisted you in enforcing boundaries and really helped you out. Nonetheless, your breakup week with Lilith is looking acrimonious. Gross! You don’t want to think about healing! Besides, who cares about destiny? Your intuition wants Lilith’s influence gone, and you can’t wait to hustle it out the door… which ironically makes you more vulnerable to Lilith’s whispers. Try to stay patient! On Saturday, you bid Lilith farewell. You should feel lighter immediately!

Libra
What the stars are up to:
  • The South Node is in your sign.
  • Your sign ruler Venus is in Cancer.
  • Venus squares off against the Nodes of the Moon’s orbit and forms a sextile with Mars.
  • On Saturday, Lilith leaves Virgo and moves to your sign.
What it means:

The Wicked + The Divine comic series reached its 10th anniversary last week — time flies when you’re busy being an adolescent pop god with a seriously limited lifespan! If y’all haven’t read it yet, you’re in for such a treat. The plot is addictive and unhinged, and the characters are hot, queer, chaotic, and perpetual hair goals.

The reason I mention WicDiv to you now is this one page that’s lived rent-free in my mind for nearly a decade. Preparing for battle, universally popular deity Inanna, the “Queen of Heaven,” he/they god of love, sex, and beauty, levitates off the ground in a cloud of glitter. “You know,” he remarks pleasantly as power crackles from his fingertips, “I’ve never been in a fight before.”

At the end of this week, shadow ruler Lilith moves to your sign and you embark on your own villain era. I am absolutely fascinated to find out what that’s going to look like on you, Libra! I’ve got a feeling y’all might resemble Inanna a bit.

Scorpio
What the stars are up to:
  • Your sign ruler Pluto is retrograde in Aquarius.
What it means:

Pluto remains retrograde, relaxing your signature Scorpio intensity by about 2%. You’ll catch little flares of feeling while the Moon travels through Aquarius (hurray!), Aries (all right!), and Taurus (ouch!). Treat yourself kindly, and consider spending some time in your own bubble lest the emotional riptide of Cancer Season snatch you up unawares.

Sagittarius
What the stars are up to:
  • Your sign ruler Jupiter is in Gemini.
What it means:

Your sign ruler Jupiter in Gemini during Cancer’s month with the Sun… and that’s pretty much it! You’re out of sync with the mood of the season. This week, when deep wounds and disrupted destiny reign supreme, that’s probably a blessing. Just keep bumping Brat and do your best to stay out of trouble!

Capricorn
What the stars are up to:
  • Your sign ruler Saturn is in Pisces.
  • Mercury creates a trine with Saturn.
  • On Saturday, Saturn turns retrograde.
What it means:

This week offers a prime opportunity to talk about your ambitions. You should be able to express yourself clearly and effectively, and plainly articulate plots to fulfill your goals! But then at the very end of the month, it might be better to plan a staycation than continue to energetically pursue your aspirations. Saturn’s retrograde doesn’t spell disaster — it merely mutes your patron planet’s organized influence — but it still might inspire you to ease up your pace a bit, just temporarily.

Aquarius
What the stars are up to:
  • Pluto is retrograde in your sign.
  • Your sign ruler Uranus is in Taurus.
  • Mercury forms a sextile with Uranus.
  • The waning gibbous Moon in your sign passes through conjunction with Pluto, creates a trine with Jupiter, and squares off against Mars and Uranus.
What it means:

You experience an immense feeling of expansion and ease at the dawn of the week… which is fortunate, because you do not receive a corresponding surge in motivation and innovation. Oh well! Seven days is an era unto itself, and by the end of June you realize how to approach a very important conversation about yourself.

Pisces
What the stars are up to:
  • Saturn and your ruler Neptune are in your sign.
  • Mercury creates a trine with Saturn.
  • Neptune opposes Lilith.
  • The waning gibbous Moon in your sign creates trines with the Sun, Venus, and Mercury; squares off against Jupiter; forms sextiles with Mars and Uranus; and passes through conjunction with Saturn and Neptune.
  • On Saturday, Saturn turns retrograde.
What it means:

You are very productive during the final week of Pride Month, talking the talk and walking the walk to effect positive development in your self and community. Then, just before the calendar turns to July, you reach a point where you’re ready to lighten up and take life less seriously for a while. Have some fun this weekend. Spend a few hours doing something “pointless” for no other reason than fleeting whimsy. It’s good for you!

Aries
What the stars are up to:
  • Chiron and the North Node are in your sign.
  • Your sign ruler Mars is in Taurus.
  • Venus squares off against the North Node and forms a sextile with Mars.
  • Mercury squares off against Chiron.
  • The Last Quarter Moon in your sign forms sextiles with Pluto and Jupiter, and squares off against the Sun, Venus, and Mercury.
What it means:

You’re in for a tough one, Aries. You crave energy and action, but you encounter insurmountable roadblocks barring your path toward destiny. Then, you’re liable to talk your way into a serious case of wounded feelings. The Last Quarter Moon in your sign expands your boundaries in an explosive burst of life change, but it does so at the expense of your self-image, wants, and sense of adaptability. You’re likely to catch some psychological bruises this week, but fortunately, you’re durable and determined.

Taurus
What the stars are up to:
  • Mars and Uranus are in your sign.
  • Your sign ruler Venus is in Cancer.
  • Venus squares off against the Nodes of the Moon’s orbit and forms a sextile with Mars.
  • Mercury forms a sextile with Uranus.
  • The waning crescent Moon in your sign squares off against Pluto.
What it means:

You’re digging in your heels and stubbornly refusing to budge a single inch. You’ve been struck with an odd thought, and you won’t go anywhere until you’ve had time to pursue it to a satisfying conclusion. Order your imaginary executive assistant to cancel all of your meetings for the week, and hold all your calls, as well! This matter requires your undivided attention. You’ll only reemerge once you’ve had time to fully finish grappling with the sudden, all-consuming, and eccentric bout of inspiration.

Gemini
What the stars are up to:
  • Jupiter is in your sign.
  • Your sign ruler Mercury is in Cancer.
  • Mercury creates a trine with Saturn, squares off against Chiron, and forms a sextile with Uranus.
What it means:

The good news is: you’re going to get some shit done! The downside is: you’re probably going to injure yourself in order to do it! Fortunately, lucky Jupiter’s presence in your sign acts as a cushion to protect you from the worst effects. A fall will still hurt, for sure, but you’re unlikely to break any bones.
