Everyone might be joking that it’s time to pack up the rainbow flags now that Pride Month is over, but that’s not stopping Kehlani from reminding everyone that they’re a “raging lesbian.”

The “After Hours” singer, whose pronouns are she and they, posted two videos to TikTok on Sunday discussing their sexuality, and how their priorities have shifted. She stated that she had been “bisexual my entire life, then came out as a lesbian almost four years ago now.” But it was only recently that Kehlani realized “all of the fucking elevation in my life that has come from decentering men in every fucking area of it.”

“In your spiritual spaces, in your practices, in who you’re getting educated by, in who you’re being taught by — everything,” they said. “When all the bad bitches decide what planet they’re going to after we fuck this one, invite me because I will thrive.”

Kehlani also had things to say about people who are still questioning their sexuality four years after they came out as a lesbian. In a follow-up video, she complained about people “bringing up the fact that I had a child or bringing up ex-boyfriends from four years ago,” and even discussing “situations from when I was 20,” despite the fact that she is now 29.

“I don't know why there's this inability to fathom that I'm a raging lesbian,” they said. “And yes, my music is gay. Who I perform to and for is the gays.” Iconically, the singer then ended the video by saying, “If you’re a man still bringing up my ex-boyfriends, just say you wanna fuck 'em."

Seriously though, Kehlani is always talking about being a lesbian, whether it’s discussing the infamous lesbian masterdoc or simply showing up to a sapphic Brooklyn dance night. It’s long been time to take the singer at her word about her own sexuality.
