In this episode, College sophomore Shreya Sharma explores the topic of being a woman, and more specifically, an Indian woman, in college. From “The Eras Tour” to the Barbie movie, this past summer proved to be an empowering and important one for women around the world — or was it? Sharma speaks on how this summer’s surge of feminism has failed to be reflected in both academic and social settings at Penn. She also dives into the dynamics of the brown community at Penn and its expectations for women.
