Southern University’s home baseball game against UNO scheduled for Tuesday has been canceled because of heavy rain that soaked the field Monday night.
The game will not be made up.
The Jaguars will be back in action at 6 p.m. Thursday for their final Southwestern Athletic Conference series against Grambling at Lee-Hines Field. The teams will play again at 6 p.m. Friday and end the regular season at 3 p.m. Saturday.
