New food on the block 

The Eggplant Napoleon is back by popular demand at Eliza Restaurant, 7970 Jefferson Highway, Baton Rouge, made with crispy fried eggplant, tomato, fresh mozzarella and pecan pesto. Eliza also released its Ochsner Health Eat Fit lunch special: Grilled gulf shrimp over smothered okra and tomatoes, andouille and citrus glaze. 

Speaking of popular demand ... Rock-n-Sake, 3043 Perkins Road, Baton Rouge, is bringing back the One Hot Summer roll for the June roll of the month on Tuesdays. The roll is made with torched salmon, jalapeño, spring mix, cucumbers, snowkrab, soy paper, kimchi and eel sauces, chili-garlic, ponzu, green onions and black sesame seeds.
