For his first food review in Baton Rouge, Keith Lee visited the all-day breakfast and lunch spot Fork N Spoon, which specializes in homestyle, cooked-to-order dishes at 1750 Brightside Drive.

The TikTok food critic ordered the maple bacon berry French toast, banana berry French toast, braised beef grits with soft scrambled eggs and loaded grits.

Not only did Lee leave a review, he also left a $3,000 tip with his $37.40 order.

"The customer service, I would say, is amazing," Lee said of Fork N Spoon. "But all of the customer service in Baton Rouge I'm going to take with a grain of salt. Personally, because, Baton Rouge has been going nuts since we even announced that we were coming."

In his video, he added that the city has been on "high alert."

Lee dished out the following ratings for the restaurant:

  • Maple bacon berry toast: 7.9/10
  • Banana berry French toast: 7.5/10
  • Braised beef brisket with soft scrambled eggs: 8/10
  • Loaded grits: 7/10

"I ain't never seen grits like this," Lee said regarding the grits with loads of toppings. "I ain't mad at this."

The TikTok also features the restaurant's owner, Kristen Abshire, along with the rest of her staff, coming outside to speak with Lee.

"This is literally life-changing," Abshire said, with a giant smile.

Lee noted that he received big portions for the price.

Now, the restaurant has a sign on the door that reads, "We've been Keith Lee'd! Patience is appreciated. Love you guys."
