Modern Family’s Jesse Tyler Ferguson sparks ‘reboot’ rumors with telling photo as fans predict dark storyline
MODERN Family fans were left delighted after a beloved cast member shared a photo from his on-screen home.
Jesse Tyler Ferguson uploaded a photo via his Instagram Story from the set of his character's home on the show.
Jesse took a photo from down the hallway on set of Modern Family.
The iconic blue walls have been the backdrop of several scenes involving Mitchell and his husband, Cameron, played by Eric Stonestreet.
The on-screen couple had one daughter, Lily Tucker-Pritchett, played by Aubrey Anderson-Emmons.
In the shot, fans could see a huge wooden staircase and a long red patterned rug down the middle of the walkway.

Above the brown front door, several black sheets and lights could be seen which showed Jesse was on set.
"Haven't seen this for a while," Jesse captioned the post shared on Thursday.
There was no further context added on who else was on set or why Jesse was there.
Fans flocked to X, formerly Twitter, to theorize why Jesse could potentially be reprising his iconic role.

"The reboot is coming omg!" wrote one excited follower.
"If it's just a commercial I'm kind of actually going to delete everything off of my phone, no apps," added another.
"All this and it’s gonna be for a Walmart commercial or something," theorized a third.
"Awww," simply left a fourth with a heart emoji with a bandage on.
This was not the first time Jesse took a trip back into his Modern Family past, with the star recently reuniting with his on-screen daughter.
ALL GROWN UP
Aubrey, now 16, performed at her high school musical in Los Angeles and invited her old cast mate along.
Jesse's television sibling, Julie Bowen, was also invited.
Aubrey performed in The Theory of Relativity and shared a photo with her old family.
"Faves came to watch my school play<33," she captioned a snap of them posing outside the theater.
Jesse also captured the sweet moment with a photo of them together on his own Instagram.

In the cute shot, Julie proudly held a flyer for the musical in her hand.
"Took my sis to see the kiddo in her school musical, The Theory of Relativity," Jesse wrote alongside the post.
