Taryn Simmons is married to sports star Justin Simmons.
According to an April 2, 2016, Instagram post from Taryn, they wed on April 1 of that year.

Boston College's The Heights reported that they met during their freshman year but "didn’t become good friends until junior year" and started dating the next December.
Taryn then spent two years playing Division I basketball at Presbyterian College before later transferring to Florida State University.
She and Justin now share three young kids, including two daughters and one son.

Justin was born in Manassas, Virginia, on November 19, 1993, and grew up in Stuart, Florida.
The 30-year-old football safety played at Boston College before he was chosen by the Denver Broncos during the third round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
He is now a free agent after having been released from the Broncos.
According to the team's website, Justin "grew into one of the best safeties in the NFL and a consistent recipient of all-league honors."
The star athlete "earned two Pro Bowl nods, was named a four-time Associated Press second-team All-Pro and earned an NFL Top 100 selection on three occasions" during his time in Denver, Colorado.

The Broncos announced Justin's release after eight seasons on Thursday, March 7, 2024.
