He turned up at the bank on June 29 after reportedly trying to go to a Citizens First branch that was closed, according to an arrest report seen by The U.S Sun.

Fleming headed into the Chase branch, located around 60 miles from Orlando, and filled out a slip ready to hand to a store worker.

He wanted to withdraw one cent despite not having an account with the financial giant.

But a bank worker told Fleming that they couldn’t complete his request.

“So you want me to say the other word?” he told the staffer, according to police documents.

The bank worker stepped away from the counter and called the cops.

Fleming later told police he wanted to be arrested and sat in the branch lobby waiting for officers to come.

He allegedly admitted that he expected the bank worker to give him the one cent he requested.

“Most of the time, the way tellers are trained if someone comes in to rob you, you give them the money and let them go,” Fleming reportedly told officers.

It’s not known what else Fleming said when he was being quizzed by cops.

Fleming left the branch empty-handed.

Fleming was booked in and his bond has been set at $5,000.

Cops revealed he had no previous robbery convictions.

It comes just weeks after footage emerged that showed a sniper killing a suspected bank robber inside a branch in Florida.

Cops were armed with battering rams as they swooped on the Bank of America store.

Sterling Ramon Alvanche, 36, was armed and claimed he had a bomb.
