He describes himself as an "anti-ageing enthusiast", and in a recent TikTok video, shared seven key things he does to maintain his youth.

Staying Out Of The Sun

Brandon said that he has spent his whole life avoiding direct sunlight.

He said: "The sun contributes to up to 90% of the visible signs of ageing".

No Alcohol

Brandon revealed that he has never drank a single drop of alcohol in his life.

"I made the conscious decision at the age of 13 to never partake in alcoholic beverages", he said.

He said that he doesn't judge anyone who does drink, but decided never to do it himself because of the damage it does to the skin, hair and brain.

No Smoking

Brandon said that he does not smoke as smoking depletes anti-oxidants that protect your skin from "the onslaught of external dangers" such as UV and pollutants in the environment.

Sleep

The anti-ageing whizz said that he always sleeps eight or nine hours, every single night.

"I think its so important, because sleep is when the regenerative process happens", he said.

The TikToker added that sleep also "jacks up your melatonin" which you "really need for anti-ageing purposes".

I’m 47 & always get asked about my youthful skin – a $10 anti-aging buy burns a bit but I love it, I use it twice a week

No Sugar

Brandon revealed that he has completely cut sugar out of his diet.

"Sugar ages the skin significantly", he said.

Moderate Excercise

Brandon said that he does not do "heavy exercise" but works out a moderate amount, to make sure that he is building and retaining muscle.

He explained that this is important for balancing out your hormones.
