TERESA Guidice has splashed out on filler, Botox, and thread lifts to avoid a facelift and manage damage from tanning at the Jersey Shore, a plastic surgeon has suggested.

She warned the Real Housewives of New Jersey star might have to dissolve any injectables if she overdoes it all and any "puffiness" sets in.

Teresa, 52, shared a photo on Instagram on Wednesday dressed in a clinging shimmery pink floor-length gown.

The reality TV star's hair was piled high on her head, showing off her face. She wore neutral makeup.

“Plastic from head to toe-including the dress,” commented one follower.

“I had to double look omg it’s the Italian Barbie,” added another.

Luxury injector Tara Adashev of Neinstein Plastic Surgery said the Real Housewives star did not look "horrendous."

Teresa admitted to a nose job in 2021, as well as breast implant surgery in 2008, followed by another breast procedure in 2018.

"I encourage anyone who doesn't feel their best self to work on feeling better," Teresa wrote on Instagram.

"Even if it is the smallest thing every day. If it is something that requires cosmetic surgery to feel better."

"I do not think Teresa looks horrendous by any capacity," Adashev told The U.S. Sun.

"From the images, Teresa appears to have had a lot of Botox injected into her upper face and around her eyes since 2016.

"She likely started adding filler to her cheek area, lips, and maybe a little bit in her jawline.

"Teresa may have had lip fillers to counteract areas around her mouth and likely added threads later.

"Her total spend on cosmetic treatments for Botox, filler, and the threads over the last eight years could be around $56,000.

"This is outside of her breast implant surgeries and the one rhinoplasty."

Over the past two decades, many stars have been getting expensive fillers to add volume to their cheeks, jaws, and lips.

Some have been reversing the procedure. These include Simon Cowell and Kristin Davis.

Blac Chyna, for example, removed her fillers and showed the process on Instagram.

"I'm tired of the look, and it's just not flattering. It's not what I look like…I'm ready to get back to Angela," she said.

Adashev suggested Teresa may end up following suit.

By 2022, Teresa started to look slightly overfilled in her cheeks and, more recently, her lips.

"Whether Teresa chooses to dissolve her filler like other celebrities will be if she becomes puffier," she said.

"By 2022, Teresa started to look slightly overfilled in her cheeks and, more recently, her lips.

"She will have to dissolve it all or let it dissolve naturally.

"She is slightly overfilled, but Teresa has been doing everything correctly overall."

According to Adashev, who has not treated Teresa, the star added threads to her "quarterly maintenance routine."

Threads are thin wires placed underneath the skin to help pull it up and stimulate collagen rather than doing more injectables.

Threads are placed by the hairline and are pulled along the cheekbones and jawline.

DEFY GRAVITY

"It comes to a point where women reach their 50s, and Teresa may want to delay a facelift," Adashev said.

"It looks like Teresa has maintained a non-surgical quarterly cosmetic routine over the last few years apart from her nose tip work.

"She started to get fillers added to her face, likely between 2016 and 2017.

Teresa has likely added threads because she does not want to get a facelift.

"And she could keep asking for more filler.

"But there comes a point where you can not alter gravity, and filler will not change that either.

Teresa joined the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast for Season 1 in 2009.

Before then, she worked at Macy's store as a buyer.

Now, she is the last remaining original cast member of the show.

Her storylines have included a tumultuous relationship with her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga.

The divorced mom of four has written several cookbooks and appeared on The Celebrity Apprentice.

Teresa remarried in 2022 when she tied the knot with Luis Ruelas.

Over the years, fans and followers have questioned Teresa's changed looks.

When she confessed to a rhinoplasty in 2019, it was at a conference.

If they put too many units in her forehead and it gets too heavy or too relaxed, Teresa's eyebrows would fall.

“I don’t know if anybody knows, but I did get the tip of my nose done, and I was so nervous about getting it,” she said at the New Jersey Ultimate Women’s Expo.

The former bodybuilder used the same surgeon as her daughter, Gia, who was 19 years old when she got a rhinoplasty.

OUT OF SPACE

Adashev also attributed some of Teresa's facial transformation to upping Botox.

"Teresa has a really good hairline and a very small forehead," she explained.

"With that, the injector would have to be careful not to drop her eyebrows.

Teresa is also famed for her super-bronzed look, partly due to her Italian roots.

The New Jersey native is reportedly into self-tanning and enjoying sun-drenched vacations.

“She has always been into tanning — a lot of beds and some spray — even doing endorsements for local [New] Jersey companies over the years,” a source told Hollywood Life.

“Teresa gets spray tans at least a couple of times a week and never skips appointments. She doesn’t think she looks too tan.”

Tara Adashev's top tips to prevent sun damage.

  1. Wear a hat and sunglasses.
  2. Wear SPF.
  3. Yearly skin checks and lasers to reverse any damage.
  4. Use an umbrella or sun parasol when you are in the sun.
  5. Limit time out in the sun.

SO SHORE

Adashev claimed Teresa had not aged her skin much with too much tanning.

"Teresa is lucky to have good skin even though she often goes in the sun on the Jersey shoreline," she said

"Teresa has freckles and sun spots on her chest.

"She has a little more melanin, so her skin has a little more color.

"Her sun exposure has not caused that leather bag look yet on her face."

"Overall, Teresa has not appeared to have had much surgery other than the non-surgical work," added Adashev.

"Teresa has aged very well, considering.

"She could be coming up for an upper bleph lift, or eyelid lift to help with that eyelid skin she has.

"She has otherwise changed her makeup by doing more contouring and had her teeth done.

'You can also see a little bit of loose skin in the pink photo, which shows these days in her mid-face."
