Justin Timberlake has sold his 126-acre property in the rural community of Leipers Fork.

The Grammy Award winning singer, songwriter, actor, and owner of Nashville's The Twelve Thirty Club, sold his Williamson County property for double the amount he originally purchased it for.

According to Williamson County property records, the property sold on May 24 to Liautaud Development Group LLC for $8 million. In October of 2023, Jimmy Liautaud, founder of the Jimmy John's sandwich chain, hosted his wife Leslie's birthday party at Timberlake's luxury club. As previously reported by the Tennessean, Liautaud is a Nashville resident and investor in the Twelve Thirty Club.

Timberlake originally purchased the property from philanthropist and preservationist, Aubrey Preston, for $4 million. Preston sold the acclaimed Memphian a section of his 244-acre property, which is protected against development through The Land Trust for Tennessee, back in 2015.

“Both of us share that love of Tennessee and enjoyed how we grew up, on land,” Preston told the Tennessean back in 2016. “We want to do our part to save that for future generations, and our kids. That's how we got to know each other.”

Per the listing, the property includes two entrances and features picturesque views, fifty acres of pasture, wildlife food plots, creeks, miles of trails, hunting grounds, and three different ridges which provide views of Leipers Creek Valley.

Justin Timberlake: 'It’s been a tough week'

Timberlake is currently on tour as part of his "The Forget Tomorrow World Tour," his first tour in 5 years. The North American leg of the tour kicked off on April 29 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada and will include a stop at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Dec 12.

On June 18, Timberlake was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated in New York.

According to police, the "Cry Me A River" singer was pulled over after failing to stop at a stop sign and "maintain his lane of travel." "Upon investigation it was determined that Mr. Timberlake was operating his vehicle in an intoxicated position," a news release claims.

Timberlake addressed the arrest onstage Friday, June 21, at Chicago's United Center.

“We’ve been together through ups and downs, lefts and rights,” Timberlake said before the crowd. “It’s been a tough week, but you’re here and I’m here, and nothing can change this moment right now.”

“I know sometimes I’m hard to love, but you keep on loving me and I love you right back. Thank you so much!” Timberlake added.
