1. Create your profile
   • Add your profile picture, name, and phone number. Tap Next.
2. Create child profile
   • Add your child’s profile picture, name, what your child calls you, and date of birth. Tap Next.
   • Tap Accept & consent on the Parental Notice for the child.
3. On the 'Select the watch screen', tap the watch that matches the one you see on your SyncUP KIDS Watch, then tap Next.
4. Tap Start pairing from the app screen.
5. Tap the SKW Number that matches the one you on your watch.
6. After your watch successfully pairs with the app, tap Add phone number to add your child’s watch to your phone’s contact list.

1. Tap Pair manually on the T Life App.
2. On the app, tap Scan QR code or Enter code manually. If you select Enter code manually, enter the 15-digit IMEI number on your watch.
3. After your watch successfully pairs with the app, tap Add phone number to add your child’s watch to your phone’s contact list.

1. From the T Life home screen, tap the Connect tab to open the Global view of the map.
2. Selecting a watch from the peoples list will zoom in on their location.
3. To view the SyncUP KIDS Watch dashboard select the desired watch from the people’s list in the Connect tab. Swipe the drawer up to show the full dashboard.

1. Turn on your SyncUP KIDS Watch.
2. Download & open the T Life App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your phone.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions in the app and on your watch to complete setup.

1. Open T Life and choose the Connect tab. 
2. Choose Log in under See my SyncUP KIDS watch. If prompted, sign in with your T-Mobile ID. 

1. Open T Life and choose the Connect tab.
2. Select the desired watch profile.
3. Choose either the Phone icon or the Message icon.

Invite an existing contact

1. Open the T Life app
2. Select Connect.
3. On the Global screen, choose People > Watch contacts.
4. If 'T Life would like to access your contacts' appears, select Allow
5. Scroll and choose the contact you would like to add
6. Select the Contact Type dropdown an select the desired option, then choose Next
7. Add contact to emergency contact by selecting the on/off switch next to Emergency Contact(Optional)
8. Select Next
9. On the 'Assing child to contact' screen, select the checkbox next to the watch line you want to add the contact to.
10. Choose the Save and invite button.
11. Select Close on the 'Contact added' pop-up.

The contact will receive a message they've been added as a SyncUP KIDS Watch contact.

Add new contact in T Life

1. Open the T Life app
2. Select Connect.
3. On the Global screen, choose People > Watch contacts.
4. Tap the plus (+) icon.
5. On the 'Add new contact' screen, enter the new contacts information, then choose Next.
6. Enter the contact details, such as name, number, select contact type, and if they are designated to be emergency contacts.
   • Admin
   • Guardian
   • Friend
7. Select Save and invite

Manage Contacts

1. Open the T Life app.
2. Select Connect.
3. On the 'Global' screen, choose People > Watch contacts
4. Select the desired watch contact you want to manage

1. Open the T Life app, then tap the Connect tab
2. On the Global View screen, tap the desired watch line to open the child's dashboard
3. Tap the location icon to locate the watch if it's misplaced.

1. Open T Life and Select the Connect tab.
2. Select the desired watch profile.
3. Press the TRACK icon to start Live Tracking the Kids Watch. 
4. During the 15 minutes of Live Tracking, the Companion app will record the watch's movement on the map. Press the stop button to end the live tracking.

1. Open the T Life app.
2. Tap the Connect tab.
3. Tap the person icon to center the childe on the map
4. Tap the Navigation (arrow) icon to center the parent/guardian and child on the map.

When School Mode is enabled, the watch turns off some functionality to minimize distractions. Only T Life App users can enable or disable School Mode. Below are the restrictions on the watch when School Mode is enabled

• Making Calls: Limited to Emergency Contacts.
• Receiving Calls: Limited to Emergency Contacts. (Vibrate notification)
• Making Video Calls: Limited to Emergency Contacts.
• Receiving Video Calls: Limited to Emergency Contacts. (Vibrate notification)
• Sending Messages: Limited to Emergency Contacts.
• Receiving Calls: Limited to Emergency Contacts. (Vibrate notification)
• Camera: Disabled
• Games: Disabled
• Media Library: Disabled
• Voice Changer: Disabled
• Notifications Silenced for: Alarms, Tasks, Steps, and battery level

Use these steps to enable School Mode or change settings.

1. Open T Life and choose the Connect tab.
2. Choose the desired watch profile.
3. Select the School Mode icon to turn it on or off.
4. Tap the plus (+) sign to edit the School mode settings.
5. Tap the Save button to save the settings.

1. From your device, open the T Life app.
2. Select Connect > People.
3. Choose the desired SyncUP Kids Watch line.
4. Select the video camera icon.

1. From your device, open the T Life app.
2. Select Connect > People.
3. Choose the desired SyncUP Kids Watch line.
4. Select Parental Controls to turn the following on or off:
   • Airplane mode
   • Bluetooth
   • Calculator
   • Camera
   • Flashlight
   • Fun Stuff
   • Power down
   • Roaming
   • SOS/Help
   • Video calling

1. Open the T Life app
2. Tap the Connect tab.
3. Swipe up, then tap on the desired child's line, to open the dashboard.
4. Tap Virtual boundaries.
5. Tap the plus (+) sign to add a new virtual boundary location
6. Pinch or zoom the screeen to adjust the virtual boundary size
7. Tap Next to continue
8. Select the suggested virtual boundary name or enter a new location name.
9. Slide the Set active time switch to the right to enable this function.
10. Set the time range and the day(s) to trigger an alert and send a notification immediately. 
11. Tap Saveto save the settings.

1. Open the T Life app
2. Tap Connect.
3. Tap the desired child's device to open the child's dashboard
4. From the child’s dashboard, swipe the screen from the bottom to the top and tap the Tasks tab
5. Tap the plus (+) sign to add a new task.
6. Select the task type.
7. Enter the task name and a reward message.
8. Select the “Set task schedule” toggle to schedule a repeating or one-time task. Set the appropriate settings, such as time and date, reminders, or set a repeatable task
   • You can also select “Send reminder” if you wish to remind your child 5 minutes before the start of the task
9. Tap Save.

1. Open the T Life app.
2. Tap Connect.
3. Tap the desired child's line to open the child's dashboard
4. From the child’s dashboard, swipe the screen from the bottom to the top and tap the Alarms tab.
5. Tap the plush (+) sign to add a new alarm.
   • Set the time for the alarm and select the day(s) to activate the alarm.
   • If necessary, slide the Snooze/Repeat switch to the right to enable the respective function(s).
6. Tap Save.

1. Open the T Life app.
2. Tap Connect.
3. Tap the desired child's line to open the child's dashboard.
4. From the child’s dashboard, swipe the screen from the bottom to the top and tap the Steps tab.
5. By default, the daily steps goal is set to 2000. Tap the pencil icon to enter a new goal.
6. To view the weekly/monthly step count summary, tap Weekly or Monthly

1. Open the T Life app.
2. Tap Connect.
3. Tap the desired child's line to open the child's dashboard.
4. From the child’s dashboard, swipe the screen from the bottom to the top and tap the History.
   • The Communication view shows call and message history.
   • The Location view shows the historical location data on a day-to-day basis.

2. Select the SyncUP Tracker in the Things section.
3. The location will appear on the map.
