Syracuse, N.Y. -- Former Syracuse women’s basketball star Dyaisha Fair will play with Maccabi Haifa in the Israeli Female Basketball Premier League, according to the team.

The team, which announced Fair’s acquisition on Instagram, competes in Israel’s top women’s basketball league. It went 6-12 last season, when it was led by former Oakland star Hannah Little. The professional season in Israel starts in the late Fall.
