So, how do we address racial equity in our spaces? Addressing these disparities requires more than individual efforts; it demands collective action and solidarity. When we work together, we pool our resources, amplify our voices, and enhance our impact.

One powerful benefit of working together to address racial disparities in our spaces is the ability to identify them. We have so many things in place now to help identify these disparities. However, are they being used? We can have things in place but not utilize them. There is strength in our collective brain trust.

Another powerful example of being “stronger together” is the formation of diverse coalitions and alliances that bring together people from different racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds. These groups can foster mutual understanding and collaboration, creating a unified front to advocate for systemic changes. By sharing stories, experiences, and strategies, we can break down barriers and build bridges of empathy and support. Let us get involved because we are stronger together!
