Country music star Jason Aldean, best known for hits like “Dirt Road Anthem” and “If I Didn’t Love You,” is bringing his 2024 “Highway Desperado Tour” to the Empower FCU Amphitheater at Lakeview in Syracuse on Thursday, July 11 (7/11/2024). The concert starts at 7:20 p.m., with special guests Hailey Whitters, Chase Matthew and Austin Snell opening.

The 24-date extended tour, which kicked off on May 18 in Thackerville, OK, is in support of Aldean’s 11th studio album, “Highway Desperado,” released on November 3, 2023. The lead single off the album “Try That in a Small Town” became Aldean’s first chart-topper on the Billboard Hot 10, while the album peaked at #19 on the US Billboard 200.

Aldean will also make stops in nearby cities like Wantagh, Holmdel and Buffalo before concluding on October 5 in Macon, GA.

In addition to this tour, Aldean will join Kid Rock in their final 2024 Rock the Country festival in Anderson, SC on July 26 and 27.

Who is opening for Jason Aldean?

Hailey Whitters is a country music singer-songwriter best known for her songs “Everything She Ain’t” and “I’m in Love.” She’s worked with notable names like Little Big Town, Brent Cobb, Jordan Davis, Trisha Yearwood, Lori McKenna, Hillary Lindsey and more. Up-and-coming country music artist Austin Snell is known for his pioneering “grunge country” style. His debut album, “Still Bleeding,” was released on June 28 and features his breakout single, “Pray All The Way Home.” He’ll embark on his headlining “Still Bleeding Tour” this fall in support of the album.
