How to get tickets to Chappell Roan’s sold-out concert at Chicago’s Vic Theatre

Whether you’ve been dancing at the Pink Pony Club for years or are a new fan of Chappell Roan’s synth-pop, campy, catchy bops, it’s been astonishing to witness the singer’s meteoric rise to fame over the past few months.

As of yesterday (July 8), her breakout single “Good Luck Babe!” became her first Billboard Hot 100 Top 10, and nine months after its release, her debut album “The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess” broke the top 10 of the Billboard 200 for the first time.

During a concert in Raleigh, NC, on June 12, Roan opened up about the toll the sudden fame has taken on her. “I think my career is just kind of going really fast and it’s really hard to keep up. I’m just being honest … I’m having a hard time today,” she explained. “This is all I’ve ever wanted — it’s just heavy sometimes.”

For the rest of the summer and into the fall, Roan is scheduled to perform at various music festivals across North America and a handful of international shows for the remainder of “The Midwest Princess Tour.”

It won’t be long before Roan is selling out arenas. Whether or not she decides to go that route right away, currently, the only chance fans have to experience a more intimate performance at a small venue is her Lollapalooza Aftershow concert at Chicago’s Vic Theatre on July 31.

The performance could very well be Roan’s final small venue concert by the time she announces her next headlining tour.

Unfortunately, prices for her festival appearances aren’t much better, ranging from $250 to $1,000+ on the secondary ticket market. Of course, at festivals, Roan is just one of many artists featured in the lineup.
