Syracuse, N.Y. — Fulton’s Mya Carroll and Fayetteville-Manlius’ Julianna Cogliandro led a half-dozen Section III girls lacrosse players named to the 2024 Upstate NY US Lacrosse All-American team.
Carroll fired in a Section III-best 88 goals and collected 157 draw controls to spark the Red Dragons to the state Class C final four. Cogliandro produced 53 goals and 22 assists and grabbed 97 draw controls for the Hornets this season.
