Syracuse, N.Y. — Police on Tuesday released a photo of a vehicle they said was involved in a deadly hit and run of a pedestrian in Syracuse on Friday night.
Police are asking the public’s help locating the vehicle. They did not release information on its make or model.
The crash was reported around 9:24 p.m. in the 100 block of West Court Street.
Police found Shane Jackson, 35, of Syracuse, with several traumatic injuries there.
He died at Upstate University Hospital, police said.
Police ask anyone with information about the hit-and-run to contact them at 315-442-5130.
