Stolen $120k sports car from Syracuse tracked to hotel parking lot in Auburn; 3 arrested

Auburn, N.Y. — A luxury sports car stolen from Syracuse was found Friday at a hotel parking lot in Auburn, police said.

The Maserati, valued at $120,000, was tracked using the vehicle’s GPS system, Auburn police said in a news release.

It was found around 9:42 a.m. at a Days Inn, 37 William St., police said.

Police determined three people had possession of the stolen car.

Jamel S. Fenton, Dramar L. Fenton and Edward J. McKinnon were charged with second-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Jamel and Edward Fenton were also charged with second-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
