The SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry named Zora Thomova associate provost for academic affairs and dean of the Graduate School.
A professor of mathematics, Thomova has held several leadership positions at SUNY Polytechnic Institute, including interim provost, director of global programs, and interim dean for the College of Arts and Sciences. She also served as the general education coordinator and co-chaired the SUNY Poly Governance Council.
