Mentors must be employed by a WQA member company.

The WQA Mentorship Program offers two mentorship styles:
(1) Traditional one-on-one mentorship, pairing a mentee with their own mentor
(2) Group mentoring, small group of mentees (3-4) with a mentor facilitator for the discussion

The program is four months, from September 2024 - December 2024. Each month, participants join two 1-hour virtual meetings, with 30 to 40 minutes set aside, in the meeting, for mentors to meet with their individual mentees or mentoring group. (Note, the program only meets once in December. Meetings will fall between 10:00AM-4:00PM Central Time with the finalized time based on participant availability)
