*The source counts the answers of the survey conducted in November 2022 as figures for fiscal year 2022. The Japanese fiscal year starts on April 1 of the stated year and ends on March 31 of the following year.
Respondents were asked to which degree the internet offered information that can be trusted. There were five possible answers: "One can trust all of it," "One can trust most of it," "About half and half," "One can only trust a part of it," "One cannot not trust it at all." The values shown in this statistic represent the combined share of respondents who answered either "One can trust all of it" or "One can trust most of it."

20 to 29 years: n=217
30 to 39 years: n=245
40 to 49 years: n=319
50 to 59 years: n=307
60 to 69 years: n=272
