Ronald Krengel was called Home on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at 88 years of age. He was married to Elsa Krengel (Klatt) for 59 years. He is survived by his three children, Pamela Krengel, Douglas Krengel and Russel Krengel; as well as, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Faith and family were key tenants in his life. Ron was also an award-winning expert on the production side of the newspaper business. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at 11:15 a.m. CST at ACTS Church in Lakeway, Texas. His interment will be held on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. CST in Forest Park, Illinois at Concordia Cemetery.
