show moreAt the age of 15 I discovered the ability to alter my physique using exercise in the form of strength training. It did not just change my physique, it changed my mindset, and most importantly my life. I gained confidence in myself that as a teenager, I didn't realize was possible. I had more energy daily than I have ever experienced in the past. The gym created an obsession that had me interested in learning more. I grew interest in self improvement, which led to better habits in all aspects of my daily life. It kept me from getting into the video game rabbit whole as a teenager. Which can lead to poor posture, mental heath and nutritional choices. 13 Years later I am still chasing ways to self improve so that I can better help others with their own journey.
