Las Vegas Raiders running back Zamir White has always had an impressive physique and he turned heads last year when he took the podium for a media session at training camp and displayed his massive biceps.

At the time, we couldn't have fathomed the Raiders back getting any bigger. But, after seeing a recent post from him on social media, he may very well be going into his third season in the NFL.

White posted a photo of himself on Instagram on Monday following a workout and it remains astonishing just how massive he truly is. Is he bigger than he was last year? You be the judge.

Bigger or not, White looks fully prepared for what will be the most crucial season of his career.

After taking a back seat to Josh Jacobs for a year-plus, White is set to take over the starting role in 2024, and it's quite possible Las Vegas will lean on him heavily if the quarterbacks struggle.

The Georgia product flashed while getting a quick taste of lead duties last season. He posted 397 yards and one touchdown over the final four games of the campaign, giving hope he'll be a stud for the Raiders in 2024.
