  1. This contest is open only to the subscribers of DEN & HATHWAY who have an active connection with these entities.
  2. It is mandatory to provide the registered phone number with DEN & HATHWAY in the registration form.
  3. There is no age limit for the contestants, and they may upload their voice sample in any language.
  4. The format of the contest is the property of Songdew Media Pvt Ltd, which reserves the right to decide, modify, or change the format at any point in time at its discretion.
  5. DEN and Hathway will have the rights to utilize the winner's pictures, bytes, audio, and videos for a period of two years from the date of the winner's declaration.
  6. The shortlisted contestants will be informed about the next round after the end of registrations. The decision of Songdew and Judges at different rounds will be final and cannot be disputed.
  7. Songdew TV will give the Winner the opportunity to record original music and launch globally along with song promotion on Songdew TV.
  8. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  9. Contestants must maintain professional behavior throughout the contest. Unprofessional conduct may lead to disqualification and removal.
  10. A maximum of two members per family can participate in the contest.
  11. Participants may use a friend's, family member's, or relative's DEN or Hathway subscription if they don't have one.
  12. While submitting the entries, contestants also agree to follow the terms of usage of Songdew.com.
  13. Personal information collected will be used for contest administration and prize fulfillment. Entry into the contest constitutes consent to such use of personal data.
  14. Organizers may modify, suspend, or cancel the contest due to fraud, technical failures, or other factors that impair its integrity.
  15. Courts in Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this contest.
