Champions for Change Gala

Our 2024 Champions for Change Gala was a tremendous success, raising $770,000 to support our lifesaving education and awareness programs and research initiatives.

We were delighted to recognize Shiseido Americas as the Champions for Change Gala honoree and celebrate their long-standing partnership and commitment to the Foundation’s mission. Additionally, we proudly presented this year’s Media Impact Award to Refinery29 for exemplary efforts to raise awareness about the dangers of ultraviolet radiation exposure from the sun and tanning beds.

We are grateful for the phenomenal efforts of our Gala Committee, led by co-chairs April Franzino and Stephanie and Adam Schweitzer, our physician co-chairs Elizabeth K. Hale, MD,��Julie K. Karen, MD, Jesse M.
