Fit in the Rockies is FREE for guests of the Sunshine Mountain Lodge!

Join us on the Centennial Day lodge patio in the village for pilates in the Rockies starting at 2:00 PM.  

BYOY – Bring your own yoga mat! 

Don't forget your water bottle, sunscreen and a hat! The Sunshine Village gondola ride is a 22-minute scenic journey through the Canadian Rockies! Please arrive to the Centennial Day Lodge Patio at 1:45 to secure your spot on your mat! 

Mother Nature decides the weather for the day, but rain or shine, pilates must go on! Location is weather dependent.
