Francisco (Paco) works in developing tools to extract the maximum information from cosmological surveys. He carries out this task by combining numerical simulations with machine learning techniques. He is the main architect of the Quijote simulations, a very large suite of more than 44,000 N-body simulations. He is also part of the core team that designed and started the Cosmology and Astrophysics with Machine Learning Simulations (CAMELS) project.
