After clean-up, now let’s put the Staten Island’s North Shore rail line back in operation (opinion)

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – The city Sanitation Department recently performed a massive cleanup along the old North Shore rail line.

More than 220 tons of debris were removed from a one-mile stretch of the old rail line.

Now if only somebody would put the rail line back in operation.
