NYPD: Man sought for questioning after allegedly slapping a woman’s buttocks on Staten Island

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual sought for questioning in connection to an alleged incident of forcible touching in Bulls Head.

It was reported to police that on Wednesday, June 19, at around noon, a 23-year-old female was walking northbound on Richmond Avenue near Jardine Avenue when an unknown individual approached her from behind and allegedly slapped her buttocks before fleeing southbound on Richmond Avenue on foot.

The individual is described as male, approximately 5-feet, 6-inches tall, 170 pounds, with a light complexion and a goatee.

He is approximately 20 to 25 years of age and was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, black shorts, black sneakers and blue-framed glasses.
