Entertainment / Queen tribute band will rock you – again
A LEADING Queen tribute band are heading back to Shetland to perform next month.
Queen II – who performed a sold-out show in the isles last Christmas – will bring festive frolics to Mareel on 21 December.
The Lerwick gig, which is being promoted by Millgaet Media to raise money for the Callum Younger Reach Fund, will see local artist Keirynn Topp support.
Millgaet Media’s Malcolm Younger said: “With the release of the film Bohemian Rhapsody and with its huge popularity this is an ideal time to enjoy all your Queen favourites at this time of year.”
Tickets are available from Saturday (1 December) at tickets.shetlandarts.org, over the phone on 01595 745500 or in person at Mareel.
