You don’t even have to be a Swiftie to know that Taylor Swift is obsessed with her cats: Meredith Grey, Olivia Benson, and Benjamin Button. The three kitty companions make frequent appearances on social media; Meredith Grey even posed with Taylor for her TIME Person of the Year cover, which Taylor subsequently joked about on X.

If there was ever the epitome of an animal-loving family, the Irwins are definitely it! The owners and caretakers of Australia Zoo and champions of wildlife and conservation, Terri Irwin and her children, Bindi Irwin and Robert Irwin — plus Bindi’s husband Chandler Powell and their daughter Grace — have a lot of animals in their lives on a daily basis. But one of their favorites? The family pug, Stella. “While we can’t hug the crocs, we can always count on a cuddle from Stella,” Bindi said sweetly in a video about their furry friend.

Millie Bobby Brown adores her poodle, Winnie, and she even told Jimmy Fallon that she brings her along to so many acting gigs. 

“If she hears my voice or sees me, she feels comfortable,” the actress said. “But if she can’t, she gets really anxious. We have a little co-dependency issue.”

But apparently, the pup knows when Brown is acting, and when she’s not. “She knows when I’m acting, and she knows when I’m actually really upset. She knows when I’m fake crying,” she added.

Prince Harry & Meghan Markle’s Chickens

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have a whole flock of chickens that are so integral to their family, that the birds’ home is named after the Sussexes’ oldest son, Prince Archie. The chickens live on the family’s California property in a coop called “Archie’s Chick Inn.” How cute is that?!

The latest addition to the Inn is a chicken from Ellen DeGeneres. Yes, the former talk show host had a chicken, Sinkie, who was being picked on by the rest of her flock. So what was she to do but rehome the bird with Harry, Meghan, Archie, and Princess Lilibet?

DeGeneres posted a video of Sinkie at Archie’s Chick Inn on Instagram, and followers are having as much fun with this situation as we’re sure the family of four is.

“The internet has spoken: she is to be known as HRH Princess Sinkie, The Duchess of Yolk, The Countess of Coop, and Baroness of Archie’s Chick Inn,” one person said.

Kaley Cuoco’s Den of Doggos

Kaley Cuoco loves her dogs — and all pups — so much that she created a pooch product line named after dog Norman, who crossed the rainbow bridge in 2021. The actress currently has five rescue pups, including a senior named Red who made Cuoco a foster failure.

While her initial goal was to get Red adopted into a loving family other than her own, she ended up unable to part with him. “We ended up finding him a home,” she said in a December 2023 Instagram video. “It was just our home.” The actress’ other rescue pups are named Ruby, Opal, King, and Blue.

Kim Kardashian’s Squad: Speed, Sushi & Saké

Kim Kardashian’s rocky relationship with her pup Sushi was well-documented on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, but the reality star eventually came around enough to add a second pomeranian named Saké to the family.

Additionally, Kardashian’s daughter North has a bearded dragon named Speed. The little girl funnily dressed the reptile in a tiny SKIMS robe in March 2021, which the shapewear brand founder shared online. “Speed got a makeover with custom Skims Cozy [robe] and even the Lil Uzi jewel,” Kim wrote on Instagram. She added, “North and her bearded dragon go everywhere together it’s kinda cute!”

Kylie Jenner’s Playpen of Pups

Kylie Jenner was a dog mom long before welcoming two human children. The Kardashians star has 11 pups, all of which her son and daughter frequently cuddle with. The doggos’ names are Norman, Bambi, Rosie, Harlie, Wesley, Penny, Ernie, Sophia, Odie, Kevin, and Jill. Additionally, Jenner has a bunny named Bruce.

When Kim Kardashian adopted her dog Sushi, Kourtney Kardashian adopted a pup from the same litter, which she named Honey. In December 2019, the Poosh founder also gifted her kids a golden retriever puppy for Christmas.

In October 2023, Scott Disick surprised his only daughter, Penelope, with an adorable puppy. He shared photos of the baby dachshund on Instagram, writing, “I got P a pup and I think I love her.”

In addition to being human parents of two, Brittany and Patrick Mahomes are also puppy parents of two. Their dogs Silver and Steel are built-in best friends for their littles — Sterling is already obsessed with the pups, and we’re sure baby Bronze will be too as he gets older!

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend’s house is absolutely overflowing with animals, and we love it! The couple, who shares kids Luna, Miles, and a baby on the way, also shares four pups — Pebbles, Penny, Pearl, and Petey — as well as two birds named Jasmine and Aladdin, a bearded dragon called Sebastian, and a hamster named Peanut Butter who occasionally gets lost in the walls. We have no doubt that Luna and Miles are obsessed with their personal petting zoo.

In 2016, Daily Mail reported that Mariah Carey had eight Jack Russell terriers hilariously named Cha Cha, Jackie Lambchops, JJ, Jill E Beans, Squeak E Beans, The Good Reverend Pow Jackson, Pippitty L Jackson, and Mutley P Gore Jackson. She seems to now be down to just two, and the iconic singer and her twins Monroe and Moroccan have taught them to sing along to “All I Want for Christmas Is You” — we’re not kidding.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly adopted a gorgeous Bengal kitten named Whiskey in February 2022, adding the furry friend to their growing blended family. Kelly introduced the cat on his Instagram, captioning a carousel of kitten pics “welcome Whiskey to the gang XX 🔪❤️.”

The engaged couple also shares four children between the two of them — MGK’s daughter Casie and Fox’s sons Noah, Bodhi, and Journey.

The pup gets to go kayaking, road-tripping, and even babysitting — we’re not sure how much he likes that last activity, though.

In January 2022, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren added two more babies to their brood — this time the furry kind! The couple and their kids Honor, Haven, and Hayes welcomed two sweet Bernedoodle puppies named Dolly and Lucy, and Alba introduced them to the world in an adorable Reel captioned “it’s Hayes in the crate for me 🤣 safe to say the whole fam is obsessed w our new fur babies 🐶💘.”

Our serotonin increases just looking at it.

Although it isn’t clear who got which dogs in the divorce, Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady shared four rescued dogs: Onyx, Fluffy, Scooby, and Lua. Their two kids, Benjamin and Vivan, clearly adore the pups, as their supermodel mom has shared photos of her son snuggling with Onyx and her daughter sleeping with Lua and Fluffy.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott may be in the midst of a divorce, but they share six kids — and at least at one time, their family extended well beyond their human children. The couple oversaw a literal farm, which includes 8 hens, a pig appropriately named Wilbur and another named Nutmeg, a Bengal cat named Mr. Bean, six dogs named Thea, Beso, Musso, Benny, Joon, and Frankie Dawn, a guinea pig named Murray, a bearded dragon, and probably 17 other pets just waiting to be introduced to the public.
