With Valentine’s Day mere days away, everyone is feeling the love! Everyone is buying gifts like Etsy handcrafted picks, chocolates, roses, and more; but George Clooney reportedly went above and beyond for his wife Amal Clooney this year. But this wasn’t a Valentine’s Day gift, it was for her birthday on Feb 3. (And we can only imagine the heartwarming gift he’ll give her come Feb 14!)
In photos obtained by DailyMail, we can see Amal holding her gift from George: a Saint Bernard puppy named Nelson!

We see photos of the lovebirds walking around, looking as happy as can be, while Amal holds onto the ultra-fluffy puppy in her arms. (Get ready for a cuteness overload when you see for yourselves!)
Now, lil Nelson isn’t the only pooch in their family. They actually have three other dogs: a Cocker Spaniel rescue named Louie, a Bassett Hound named Millie, and a Saint Bernard named Rosie. And now Nelson is the newest addition to the pup-loving family!
Back in July 2013, George and Amal met through a mutual friend. Within less than a year, specifically on April 2014, the pair got engaged. They married only three months later and welcomed twins named Ella and Alexander.
In a previous interaction with Entertainment Tonight, George couldn’t help but gush about Amal. “Eight years! And they said it wouldn’t last. Everything about my wife is sort of magical, as I think everybody has come to realize as they see her and hear her and hear what she stands for. There’s just not a downside to her,” he said.
