Terry Lee Lawrence OBITUARY

Terry Lee Lawrence, 66, a native of San Bernardino, died in Bristol, Vermont, and went to Heaven on June 20, 2024.Terry and his former wife, Elizabeth (White), had a son, Robert, who is the best part of Terry and survives Terry with his significant other, April, in Texas. Also surviving Terry are his three sisters, Susan Cousino of Vermont, Karen Albin, of Texas, and Claudia Urtzig (Robert), of Florida, and many nieces and nephews, and great ones too. Preceding him in death were his father, Ray Sr., his mother, Jan, and older brother, Ray Jr.Terry graduated from Pacific High School and attended California State University, San Bernardino. He worked various jobs in the Inland Empire and decided to get a CDL to drive the big rigs from coast to coast, which he thoroughly loved.After a successful 20-year career as a long-haul trucker, Terry retired a year ago and began traveling about the United States in a motor home to revisit the places he liked when he passed through them in his big rig. He was visiting his sister in Bristol, Vermont when he found out he was terminally ill.A celebration of life will be held in Vermont this summer with a spaghetti dinner, one of Terry’s favorite meals, to bring family and friends together.
